Epoxy oil repellent is a chemical additive that adds specific ingredients to the epoxy coating system to make it resistant to oil and grease penetration. 1. Application field

Petrochemical industry

Anti-corrosion of the inner wall of the storage tank: The inner wall of crude oil and refined oil storage tanks is in contact with oil media for a long time. Traditional coatings are prone to bubbling and shedding of the coating due to oil penetration. Epoxy oil repellent can form a dense protective layer to prevent oil penetration and extend the service life of the storage tank.


Oil pipeline protection: Underground oil pipelines are susceptible to grease and moisture in the soil. Epoxy oil repellent can enhance the coating's impermeability and reduce the risk of pipeline corrosion.

Construction environment: the surface of the substrate needs to be dry and clean, humidity <80%, temperature >5℃.

Safety protection: oil repellent may contain organic solvents, protective equipment should be worn during construction to avoid inhalation or skin contact.
