Application Note: HR-4046 is a modified acrylic acid sodium salt polymer with a unique molecular structure, strong affinity and good wetting and dispersing properties, suitable for internal and external wall emulsion paints and other water-based systems.

             Main active ingredient: 40±2 %

             Appearance: colorless to yellowish transparent liquid

Characteristics and advantages

This product can be adsorbed on the surface of all kinds of tiny pigment filler particles and make them generate electrostatic repulsion, so it has excellent wetting, dispersion and stabilizing effect on the pigment filler.

It can quickly and effectively reduce the viscosity of the grinding system and give the pigment (filler) slurry excellent fluidity and high content.

Usage:

               Add the amount of pigment and filler: Inorganic pigment 0.5-3%.   

                Add it before putting pigment and filler.

Storage and requirements:

            Store in a ventilated, cool and dry room, avoid contact with strong oxidizing agents.

Lock the container immediately after the package is opened and used to avoid volatilization and deterioration.
