Characteristics and advantages This product is a high molecular weight dispersant, with excellent carbon black dispersing performance: good storage stability, no return to roughness, significantly reduce the viscosity of pigment grinding, excellent color spreading performance and covering ability. It is the choice for dispersing FW200, 5000, SB6 and other high color carbon blacks. It also has excellent dispersing performance for other hard-to-dispersed organic pigments such as phthalocyanine blue and matte powder.
Good pigment wettability, shorten the dispersion process, can reach the spatial resistance effect effectively prevent pigment flocculation and settlement, due to the dispersed pigment tiny particle size, the system can obtain excellent color and gloss.

Usage It can be effectively applied to commonly used organic and inorganic pigments. In order to achieve the desired effect, the pigments should be added after the dispersant is added and then ground.
Titanium dioxide: 01-1%
Inorganic pigment: 0.5-3%
Organic pigment: 10-20%
Carbon black 10-20%
