Features and advantages: 

This product is a polymer dispersant with excellent carbon black, inorganic pigment and organic pigment dispersion performance, which can significantly shorten the grinding and dispersion process, effectively reduce the grinding viscosity of pigments, and has excellent color development and hiding ability; it is the dispersion FW200, 5000, the best choice for high-pigment carbon blacks such as SB6, and has excellent dispersion properties for other difficult-to-disperse carbon blacks and organic pigments such as phthalocyanine blue.

         Excellent pigment wettability, no thickening, and steric hindrance effect to effectively prevent pigment flocculation and sedimentation. Due to the fine particle size of the dispersed pigment, the system can obtain excellent chroma and gloss.

How to use:

         Applied to carbon black and organic pigments, in order to achieve the ideal effect, the pigments and dispersants are added to the grinding base mixture and then ground.

         Inorganic pigments: 0.1-4%

         Organic pigments: 10-40%

         Carbon black: 10-40

         High surface carbon black carbon: 30-70%

         Add this product before grinding

Storage and transportation:

       The ambient temperature is 5-30°C, it is a non-flammable dangerous product, and it is stable at room temperature.
