Characteristics and advantages:

 This product is a polymer type dispersant with excellent dispersion performance of carbon black, inorganic pigments and organic pigments, significantly shortening the grinding and dispersing process, efficiently reducing the pigment grinding viscosity, excellent color spreading performance and covering ability; it is the best choice for dispersing high pigment carbon black such as FW200, 5000, SB6, etc., and has excellent dispersion performance for other hard-to-disperse carbon black and organic pigments such as phthalocyanine blue.
Excellent pigment wettability, no recoarse, can reach the spatial site resistance effect to effectively prevent pigment flocculation and sedimentation, due to the dispersed pigment micro particle size, the system can obtain excellent chromaticity and gloss.

Application: Suitable for solvent-based and UV-curable coating systems.

Application:

 For carbon black and organic pigments, the pigment and dispersant should be added together in the grinding base mixture and then ground in order to achieve the desired effect.
Inorganic pigments: 0.5-2%
Organic pigments: 15-40%
High surface carbon black carbon black 30-70%
