Features and advantages:

     This product is a polymer dispersant with excellent carbon black, inorganic pigment and organic pigment dispersion performance, significantly shortens the pigment grinding dispersion time, significantly reduces the pigment grinding viscosity, significantly improves the pigment fluidity, color development performance and hiding power Excellent; excellent grinding and dispersing effect on high-pigment carbon black (FW200, 5000, SB6) and other difficult-to-disperse carbon black and organic pigments.

Excellent pigment wettability, shorten the dispersion process, and achieve steric hindrance effect to effectively prevent pigment flocculation and sedimentation. Due to the fine particle size of the dispersed pigment, the system can obtain excellent chroma and gloss.

Field of application:

How to use:

     Applied to inorganic and organic pigments, in order to achieve the ideal effect, the pigment and dispersant are added to the grinding base mixture and then ground.

Inorganic pigments: 0.1-4%

Organic pigments: 15-40%

Carbon black: 20-40

High surface carbon black carbon: 40-70%
