Characteristics and advantages: This product is a polyurethane structure polymer dispersant, excellent carbon black dispersion performance, excellent effect: good storage stability, no return to roughness, significantly reduce the viscosity of pigment grinding, excellent color spreading performance and covering ability. Excellent grinding and dispersing effect on inorganic and organic pigments.

                Good pigment wettability, shorten the dispersion process, can reach the spatial resistance effect to effectively prevent the pigment flocculation and settlement, due to the dispersion of the pigment tiny particle size, the system can obtain excellent color and gloss.

Application: Suitable for solvent-based coating and ink systems.

Method of use:

      Can be effectively applied to common organic and inorganic pigments, in order to achieve the desired effect, the pigment should be added after the dispersant is added and then ground.

          Titanium dioxide: 0.1 - 1%

          Inorganic pigments: 0.5-3%

          Organic pigment: 10-40%

          Carbon black: 10-40%.

          Add this product before grinding

Storage and transportation:

      This product is flammable, should be stored in a cool place, prevent direct sunlight. Strictly according to the transportation of dangerous goods. The container should be sealed strictly before the product is used up and after each use. This product is valid for 6 months.
