Product features

HR-8400 is a highly efficient silicone defoamer specially used in the grinding stage of water-based coatings. It has 100% active matter content and has excellent rapid defoaming/foam suppression ability; it is used for grinding defoaming of color pastes, printing inks, coatings and other systems.

Scope of application

This product is designed for defoaming of various color pastes, printing inks and coatings, and is specially used for defoaming in the grinding stage.

How to use

Add in the initial stage of grinding to eliminate foam and prevent the generation of foam in subsequent processes. According to different foaming systems,

the dosage is 0.05%～0.15% of the material amount.

Packaging, storage and transportation

This product is packaged in 25, 200 kg plastic barrels, and can also be packaged according to customer requirements;

Store at 2-40℃, in a cool, dry and frost-proof place;

Stir well before use, the shelf life is 18 months from the date of manufacture;

This product is non-volatile, non-toxic, non-corrosive, and is transported as a general chemical.
