1. Product introduction

It is a water emulsion type defoamer for pulping prepared from special modified polysiloxane, with the dual functions of rapid defoaming and lasting foam inhibition, and it is resistant to strong electrolytes such as acid, alkali, high temperature and salt. In papermaking pulping section: add this product in a certain proportion to the first trough of the pulp washing machine or add it to the outlet of CX sieving machine, it can effectively control the foam, facilitate pulp conveying, prevent the loss of pulp and make the pulp easy to wash and filter, shorten the washing time, improve the output and quality of pulp, eliminate the phenomenon of mesh paste, and prolong the service life of mesh skin. Especially used in papermaking cooking process, it can give full play to its superior antifoaming and foam inhibiting properties.

Appearance: Milky white uniform liquid

Solid content: 30±2 per cent

pH value (1% aqueous solution): 6.5-7.5

3‌.Usage

1、According to different foaming systems, adjust the amount of use, the recommended range of use in 0.3 ‰-2 ‰.

2、Use of tap water diluted in a certain proportion to join or directly add.

3、When using, do not bring in other items, pay attention to preservation, long time may be layered, stir when using, but does not affect the performance.

4.Packing, storage and transport

This product is packed in 20kg, 50kg plastic drums (or according to customer requirements).

It should be stored in a cool and dry place, avoiding sunshine, with a storage period of 6 months, and transported according to general articles.
