1. Surface treatment of fillers and pigments

    This product is especially suitable for surface modification of fillers, such as talcum powder, aluminum hydroxide, glass fiber, glass microspheres, powder ash, wood powder, wet clay, fruit stone powder, etc. Many pigments (such as basic lead silicon chrome yellow, carbon black, bisarylate yellow, iron oxide, nickel phthalocyanine blue, red lake and other pigments) can improve their dispersion performance after being treated with this product.


2. Modification effect of various polymer filling systems:

      The magnetic powder treated with this product can improve its dispersion on the polymer substrate and its adhesion to the polymer, and greatly increase the content of the magnetic powder. Make magnetic recording materials have better fluidity, paintability, higher shear strength, lower magnetic defects, etc.


5. This product is used in the rubber industry to improve the tensile strength, tear strength and elongation at break of rubber products.


4. Dosage and usage:

1. The dosage is 0.5-2.0% of the total amount of pigment or filler, and the recommended dosage is 1.0%. Please experiment with the appropriate dosage.


2. Usage: Spray the coupling agent diluted 1:1 with the solvent and the pigment in the high-speed mixer, continue to stir for 5-15 minutes (depending on the effect), and then discharge the material for later use (pay attention to heat dissipation) or add other additives and The carrier, if milled, may be added at the time of milling.


3. Solvent selection: plastic industry—liquid paraffin (ie white oil); rubber industry—solvent oil or machine oil; paint industry—solvent oil or isopropanol.


5. Packaging, storage and transportation and precautions:

      This product is packed in a 25kg plastic drum, which is moisture-proof, sun-proof, and prevents impurities such as acid and alkali from being mixed in. It is transported as non-dangerous goods and has a limited period of one year.
