Papermaking white water defoamer

The defoamer is made of hydrocarbons, hydrophobic particles, diffusing agent, etc. through a special process. The test shows that the defoamer has excellent defoamer in most emulsion formulations such as polyethylene acetate emulsion, styrene-butadiene rubber emulsion, and acrylic emulsion. Foaming and anti-foaming effects, good compatibility, and will not cause coating defects such as fisheye shrinkage.

Application fields:

    This product is suitable for foam control of papermaking white water.

TheInstructions:   

According to different foaming systems, it is generally added at 0.1%~0.5% of the amount of the slurry. It can be added directly to the slurry when it is used. It can be added at one time during stirring, or half can be added before stirring and discharging. If it is left for a long time, it may become layered, but it will not affect the effect. It should be stirred evenly before taking it.


Packaging, storage and transportation:

    This product is packed in 20kg or 40kg plastic drums, or it can be packed according to customer requirements.

It is recommended to use and store under the condition of 5-40 ℃, put it in a cool and ventilated place, keep the container tightly, keep away from heat and fire source, and the storage period is one year.

This product is not volatile, non-toxic, non-corrosive, and is transported as a general chemical.
