Advantages and Features:

     This product is a special defoamer for circuit boards. Using polyether as the main agent, the risk of silicon residue is low, the defoaming speed is fast, and the foam suppression time is long. It does not cause toxicity to sewage microorganisms, does not change the performance of sewage COD and BOD, and does not cause secondary pollution to the environment.

Application fields:

     This product is designed for defoaming in all links of the circuit board production process.

Instructions :  

     The defoamer is added at the front end to eliminate foam in sewage and inhibit the regeneration of foam, and the dosage can be quantified as 0.01% to 0.05% according to specific conditions. It is recommended that users use the oscillation method or the Roche foam method to determine the optimal dosage. If it is pre-diluted, it can be gradually diluted with 5-10 times of cold water, and it is prepared and used immediately.

Packaging, storage and transportation:

     This product is packed in 25kg, 200kg, 1000kg plastic drums, or according to customer requirements.

It is recommended to store at 2-40°C in a cool, dry and antifreeze place. The shelf life is 6 months from the date of delivery. This product is not volatile, non-toxic, non-corrosive, and is transported as a general chemical.

Safe to use:
